AI contract analysis tool for clear, structured working intelligence.
Use ObliTracker as an AI contract analysis tool for signed commercial agreements. Upload a PDF or Word file and receive a plain-English breakdown of obligations, key dates, risks and unusual terms, structured into practical contract deliverables. The output is compared with common NZ and Australian contracting positions. Contract intelligence, not legal advice.
An AI contract analysis tool should do more than summarise clauses.
The information is already inside the agreement, but it is often locked in dense clauses, PDF files, shared folders and forgotten obligations. ObliTracker structures that information so people can manage what the contract requires operationally.
Why an AI contract analysis tool matters after signing.
ObliTracker is built for the gap between signing a contract and managing what it requires. Active contract management depends on visible responsibilities, dates and controls, a principle also reflected in NZ Government Procurement contract management guidance.
Obligations are buried.
Important actions, notice periods and responsibilities sit inside clauses nobody re-reads after signing.
Key dates are invisible.
Renewals, review windows and deadlines live in the contract, not your calendar.
Risk is reactive.
Without a structured view of what has been agreed, problems surface only when the pressure arrives.
How the AI contract analysis tool turns a contract into working intelligence.
Each contract moves through a structured extraction and review workflow, then becomes practical outputs you can use. See the complete ObliTracker process before choosing a package.
Upload your contract
PDF or Word documents are accepted. Include supporting context if the contract needs additional explanation.
AI-assisted extraction
The AI contract analysis tool reads the contract in full and extracts obligations, dates, rights, risks, prohibitions and financial terms through a structured 25-point process. The results are then compared with common NZ and Australian commercial contracting positions.
Human review
Outputs are checked, cross-referenced against the original contract and structured into plain English before delivery.

AI contract analysis for NZ and Australian commercial agreements.
Every Insight and Intelligence output includes a norms check. We compare liability caps, payment terms, IP ownership, auto-renewal clauses and dispute resolution provisions with common NZ and Australian commercial positions. Where a term is below the usual position, above it or unusual, the output flags it clearly for further review.
“Liability cap below NZ standard for managed services contracts.”
“Auto-renewal clause flagged. Opt-out renewal is unusual in NZ.”
“IP ownership ambiguous. Does not reflect the standard NZ professional services position.”
These are illustrative examples of the type of flags produced, not guarantees of specific findings.

Contract intelligence, not legal advice.
The AI contract analysis tool extracts and structures contract information for operational use. ObliTracker helps you understand what the contract requires operationally, but it does not provide legal interpretation or replace independent legal review. Use a solicitor for disputes, formal legal advice and review of employment agreements, property transactions, business sale contracts or any agreement where legal risk is material.
- Use ObliTracker to make obligations, dates and practical risks visible.
- Use a solicitor where you need legal interpretation, dispute advice or formal legal review.
- Only submit contracts you are authorised to share for operational analysis.
- Use the outputs to support better follow-through, ownership and tracking.
Frequently asked questions about the AI contract analysis tool.
Common questions about contract intelligence, accepted file formats, turnaround, legal boundaries and how the fixed-price tiers work.
What types of contracts can you analyse?
ObliTracker can analyse many English-language commercial agreements used in New Zealand and Australia, including service agreements, technology contracts, SaaS agreements, supply contracts, government contracts, contractor agreements and NDAs. The contract must be suitable for operational analysis, and you must be authorised to share it.
Do you accept Word documents as well as PDFs?
Yes. Both PDF and Word documents are accepted. If your Word document contains tracked changes, we read the final accepted text. Flag this when you upload if you need it handled differently.
How long does turnaround take?
Most contracts are processed within 2 business days. Longer or more complex contracts may take longer. We will let you know if that applies.
What is the difference between Insight and Intelligence?
Insight gives you the full analysis including risk flags, anomaly identification and the NZ/AU norms check. Intelligence adds an interactive HTML dashboard, a recommendations register and negotiation notes. It is also the required foundation for the Reform tier.
Is Intelligence required before I can use Reform?
Yes. Reform builds on an Intelligence-level extraction. If you purchase Reform, the Intelligence analysis is included. You do not need to purchase it separately.
Can I start with Clarity and upgrade later?
Yes. Each tier is a separate engagement. You can start with Clarity and commission Insight or Intelligence later if you need deeper analysis.
Is this legal advice?
No. ObliTracker provides contract intelligence, not legal advice. The outputs are designed to support operational understanding, ownership and tracking, and to prepare you for solicitor review where legal interpretation is required.
What if my contract is very long or complex?
Contact ObliTracker before purchasing. We will confirm whether the agreement fits a standard fixed-price tier and whether its length or document set will affect the normal turnaround.
Ready to turn your contract into working intelligence?
Choose the tier that matches your contract complexity. If the agreement was drafted against your interests, review the contract Reform service. If you are starting from scratch, use Create instead.
