3.1 The Supplier shall deliver Goods in accordance with the Schedule of Deliveries agreed in writing.

11.2 The initial Term is thirty-six (36) months from the Effective Date, thereafter renewing automatically for successive twelve-month terms unless terminated by ninety (90) days’ written notice. Key date · 14 Dec 2028 Notice window opens. Miss it and you’re locked in.

12.3 The Supplier indemnifies the Customer against all losses arising from third-party intellectual property claims, without limitation. Risk · uncapped Unlimited IP indemnity. Consider a cap.

15.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement for material breach without opportunity to cure. Revise · recommended Add 30-day cure period before termination.

Q.01What do I actually receive?

For analyse products, a PDF obligation register with parties, key dates, obligations, and risk flags, plus a CSV you can load into a calendar or tracker. For Create Contract, a drafted DOCX ready for legal review. For Revise Contract, the full intelligence analysis plus a redrafted DOCX with commentary explaining every change. The result is a practical contract intelligence NZ package teams can manage.

Q.02Is this a substitute for a lawyer?

No. ObliTracker produces working documents to help you understand and manage a contract. A qualified lawyer should review anything you intend to sign or rely on legally. Our deliverables are designed to prepare for and shorten a lawyer’s review, not replace it.

Q.03What is the difference between Create and Revise?

Create Contract drafts a new contract from a structured brief — you have no existing document. Revise Contract starts with a contract you already have, analyses it, then redrafts it with commentary explaining what changed and why. Use Revise when the terms don’t reflect the deal you actually want.

Q.04How long does it take?

Contract Summary: 1 business day. Contract Intelligence and Intelligence Plus: 2 business days. Create Contract and Revise Contract: 3 business days. If we cannot deliver in the stated turnaround we contact you before starting and offer a full refund.

Q.05How is my contract kept confidential?

Private intake links tied to your order, controlled storage outside the public media library, admin-only access, and no third-party AI training use. NDA available on request before upload — email hello@oblitracker.co.nz and we return a signed NDA before you send the file.

Q.06What file types can I upload?

PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, and RTF up to 10MB. Files are renamed on upload and stored in a protected folder outside the public media library.
