Before you send

Share enough context to identify the right contract intelligence NZ package.

You do not need to write a formal brief. A short explanation of the agreement, why it matters and what you need from it is enough. You can also review ObliTracker’s fixed prices and how each pathway works before sending your enquiry.

What to include

What to include in a contract intelligence NZ enquiry.

Clear context helps us confirm the right package and focus the work on the outputs you can actually use. This may include obligations, dates, risks, registers, reminders, drafting support or a reform plan. For wider operational context, see the NZ Government Procurement guidance on contract management responsibilities.

Use a solicitor for legal interpretation, disputes, negotiation representation, formal legal risk advice or legal sign-off.

Best for legal judgement, disputes and formal review.

Only share authorised contracts

Please only submit contracts or contract details you are authorised to share for operational analysis.

Best for responsible data handling and confidentiality.
Contact questions

Questions about contract intelligence NZ services.

Practical answers for people deciding whether ObliTracker is the right fit for an existing contract, a new agreement or a draft that needs reform.

Do I need to upload the contract straight away?

No. For Intelligence and Reform, you can start by explaining the type of contract and what you need. The contract can be provided once the package and process are confirmed. For Create, you do not upload a contract at all. You complete a questionnaire about what you need drafted.

Which contract intelligence NZ package do I need?

Send a short explanation of the contract and the outcome you need. We will point you to Clarity, Insight, Intelligence, Create or Reform based on the agreement and the outputs required. Package scope and pricing remain fixed.

Can ObliTracker help with multiple contracts?

Yes. You can start with one contract or ask about several agreements that need to be summarised, created, reformed or tracked. Each contract is assessed against the relevant fixed-price package.

Can you help if a deadline is coming up?

Yes, but please mention the timing pressure in your message so it can be considered when confirming scope and turnaround.

Is this confidential?

Contract information should be handled carefully. Only submit contracts you are authorised to share for operational analysis. You can confirm confidentiality and data-handling questions before providing the document.

Can you give legal advice?

No. ObliTracker provides contract intelligence, drafting support and operational tracking support. Use a solicitor for legal interpretation, disputes or formal legal review.

What is the difference between Create and Reform?

Create builds a new contract from scratch based on your requirements. Reform takes an existing contract, typically one the other party drafted, and rewrites it to a balanced NZ/AU standard. If you have a contract but it needs fixing, that is Reform. If you need a contract written, that is Create.

How long does turnaround take for each package?

Clarity, Insight and Intelligence: most contracts within 2 business days. Create: 2 business days from receipt of your completed questionnaire. Reform: 3 to 4 business days from approval of the Reform Plan.

Ready to use contract intelligence NZ support?

Whether you need to analyse a contract, create one from business requirements or reform a one-sided draft, get in touch and we will confirm the relevant fixed-price package before work begins.
