Turn a signed contract into clear, structured, working intelligence.
Upload your contract, PDF or Word, and receive a plain-English breakdown of every obligation, key date, risk and anomaly. Benchmarked against NZ and Australian contracting norms. Not legal advice.
Contracts already contain the intelligence. ObliTracker unlocks it.
The issue is not that the information is missing. It is locked inside legal clauses, PDF files, shared folders and forgotten obligations.
Important contract intelligence is usually invisible until something goes wrong.
ObliTracker is built for the gap between signing a contract and actually managing what it says.
Obligations are buried.
Important actions, notice periods and responsibilities sit inside clauses nobody re-reads after signing.
Key dates are invisible.
Renewals, review windows and deadlines live in the contract, not your calendar.
Risk is reactive.
Without a structured view of what has been agreed, problems surface only when the pressure arrives.
From contract file to working intelligence.
Each contract is processed through a structured extraction and review workflow, then delivered as practical outputs you can use.
Upload your contract
PDF or Word documents are accepted. Include supporting context if the contract needs additional explanation.
AI-assisted extraction
The contract is read in full. Every obligation, date, right, risk, prohibition and financial term is extracted using a structured 25-point extraction process benchmarked against NZ and AU contracting norms.
Human review
Outputs are checked, cross-referenced against the original contract and structured into plain English before delivery.

Your contract, benchmarked against NZ and Australian standards.
Every Insight and Intelligence output includes a norms check. We compare your contract’s liability caps, payment terms, IP ownership, auto-renewal clauses and dispute resolution provisions against what is standard in NZ and AU commercial practice. Where your contract is below standard, above standard or unusual, we flag it explicitly.
“Liability cap below NZ standard for managed services contracts.”
“Auto-renewal clause flagged. Opt-out renewal is unusual in NZ.”
“IP ownership ambiguous. Does not reflect the standard NZ professional services position.”
These are illustrative examples of the type of flags produced, not guarantees of specific findings.
Built for people who need contracts to become usable working information.
Business owners
You sign supplier, client, lease and service agreements. You need a clear view of what you have committed to without reading 40 pages of clauses yourself.
Operations and procurement teams
You are responsible for delivery, renewals and compliance. You need obligations in a register, not buried in a PDF.
Consultants and advisors
You review contracts on behalf of clients. You need structured outputs fast, without a full manual read-through every time.
Legal and risk teams
You need a first-pass extraction done before your lawyers spend billable hours on it. We do the groundwork. They do the sign-off.
Your outputs, delivered to your client portal.

Choose the right tier and upload your contract in PDF or Word format.
We extract and review
We extract, review and structure the outputs. Most contracts are completed within 2 business days.

Contract intelligence, not legal advice.
ObliTracker extracts and structures contract information for operational use. It does not constitute legal advice and does not replace independent legal review. For employment agreements, property transactions and business sale contracts, solicitor review is strongly recommended. We flag this clearly in every relevant output.
- Use ObliTracker to make obligations, dates and practical risks visible.
- Use a lawyer where you need legal interpretation, dispute advice or formal legal review.
- Only submit contracts you are authorised to share for operational analysis.
- Use the outputs to support better follow-through, ownership and tracking.
Frequently asked questions.
Common questions about contract intelligence, file formats, turnaround and how the tiers work.
What types of contracts can you analyse?
Any commercial contract in English governed by NZ or Australian law. Service agreements, technology contracts, SaaS agreements, supply contracts, government contracts, contractor agreements, NDAs and more.
Do you accept Word documents as well as PDFs?
Yes. Both PDF and Word documents are accepted. If your Word document contains tracked changes, we read the final accepted text. Flag this when you upload if you need it handled differently.
How long does turnaround take?
Most contracts are processed within 2 business days. Longer or more complex contracts may take longer. We will let you know if that applies.
What is the difference between Insight and Intelligence?
Insight gives you the full analysis including risk flags, anomaly identification and the NZ/AU norms check. Intelligence adds an interactive HTML dashboard, a recommendations register and negotiation notes. It is also the required foundation for the Reform tier.
Is Intelligence required before I can use Reform?
Yes. Reform builds on an Intelligence-level extraction. If you purchase Reform, the Intelligence analysis is included. You do not need to purchase it separately.
Can I start with Clarity and upgrade later?
Yes. Each tier is a separate engagement. You can start with Clarity and commission Insight or Intelligence later if you need deeper analysis.
Is this legal advice?
No. ObliTracker is a contract intelligence tool, not a legal service. Our outputs are designed to be operationally and commercially useful, and to prepare you for legal review, not to replace it.
What if my contract is very long or complex?
Get in touch before purchasing. Very long or multi-document contracts may need a custom scope. Contact us and we will confirm before you pay.
